I came across this article published on February 6, 2020 in which Clare Aston, self proclaimed book lover, tried out bibliotherapy.

What is bibliotherapy?

Bibliotherapy, according to the dictionary, “is the use of books as therapy in the treatment of mental or psychological disorders.” It is often a therapeutic and cost effective approach to help ones mental health.

In the article Clare gives us some background on what she is going through, how her session went, and the books that were recommended to her. It was pretty interesting and insightful. She does give a link so if you feel inclined to try it you can; however, the therapy is located in Australia…
