*sigh* Let’s talk bookish problems…books…haha.

Buying books and reading books are two different things…agree? Disagree? I thought with quarantine I would blow through books at home…*looks around* that’s a negative. I’ve been reading a lot, but not from my stash!!!
Take for example this gem…

Released June 11, 2020. I had it delivered to me on June 11th. Have I read it yet? Nope. Why? My library…
Once my local library started back with curbside I started to pick up a few books here and there and when I would see a good one on here, I’d put it on my library list and well…now I have 3 books sitting atop my 28 Summers that I’m reading BEFORE I make it to that one…BUT I WANT TO READ IT RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won’t because I’ll read the library books first, but, ugh…does this happen to anyone else?!?
Let’s talk about our bookish problems!
This definitely happens to me also. I tend to prioritize books separately, like thinking about how many library books I can read, how many books I own will fit on my monthly TBR, how many buddy reads I can participate in, which prize lists I want to read, and then when it comes time to actually pick up the books and read them I realize I’m way overcommitted! And it’s always the books I own that take the back burner. *Sigh.*

It has been so hard, but I have been saying no to blog tours this month, I just keep saying I have to focus on what is already in front of me!! Especially my Netgalley reads!
